The Wilmington Classical Guitar Society is open to classical guitar enthusiasts of all ages. Join us in celebrating, exploring and sharing in our mutual appreciation of the classical guitar through the fellowship and camaraderie of like-minded individuals.
Membership in the WCGS is for a period of one year, at which time members may renew their membership at the current rate. Membership fees support the website and other operating expenses and subsidize guitar concerts, master classes and other programs.
Standard members receive a discount on one General Admission ticket for each Wilmington Classical Guitar concert, admission to monthly member salons, reciprocal benefits with Philadelphia Classical Guitar Society, and a monthly members' e-newsletter.
Senior members receive all of the benefits of the Standard Membership (a discount on one General Admission ticket for each concert, admission to monthly member salons, reciprocal benefits with Philadelphia Classical Guitar Society, and a monthly members’ e-newsletter) at a reduced rate. To be eligible you must be age 60 or older.
Student members receive all of the benefits of the Standard Membership (a discount on one General Admission ticket for each concert, admission to monthly member salons, reciprocal benefits with Philadelphia Classical Guitar Society, and a monthly members’ e-newsletter) at a reduced rate. To be eligible you must be age 18 or under and/or currently enrolled in a university, and possess a valid student ID.
Professional members receive all of the benefits of the Standard Membership (a discount on one General Admission ticket for each concert, admission to monthly member salons, reciprocal benefits with Philadelphia Classical Guitar Society, and a monthly members’ e-newsletter), plus a profile on our Teachers page and/or any other applicable page on the Wilmington Classical Guitar website (at the discretion of WCGS).
Friends & Family membership holders receive a discount on up to four General Admission tickets for each Wilmington Classical Guitar concert, admission to monthly member salons, reciprocal benefits with Philadelphia Classical Guitar Society, and a monthly members’ e-newsletter.
