The well-being of our patrons is of the utmost importance, and we understand that the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve. Our organization will continue to monitor the situation as presented by the Delaware Division of Public Health and the Center for Disease Control. Should our performance schedule need to be adjusted to respond further to the health crisis, we will post that information here on our website, as well as in newsletters and on our Facebook page. Will I need to be vaccinated, wear a mask, or show proof of a negative COVID test before attending a show this concert season?
At this time, all patrons must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and wearing masks that cover their nose and mouth in order to attend events this concert season. Unfortunately we cannot accept test results as an alternative to proof of vaccination at this time. These policies are subject to change as new information becomes available. Wilmington Classical Guitar will review its vaccination and masking policy on a monthly basis.
Will I need to provide proof of vaccination to attend a Wilmington Classical Guitar concert, masterclass, or other event this concert season?
Yes. All patrons must be fully vaccinated to enter the venue, meaning 14 days have passed after completing an FDA or WHO authorized two dose or single dose vaccine. Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 will be required to attend all events this concert season, with the exception of Members Only events. We will not record this information, so please be ready to provide this information upon each visit.
What do I need to bring to show proof of vaccination?
We will accept showing of your paper vaccination card, a photocopy of your card, or a photo of your card on your phone as proof of vaccination. We will not record this information, so please be ready to provide this information upon each visit.
What if I have not been able to get vaccinated for medical, personal, religious, or other reasons?
Unfortunately, if you have not been able to get the vaccine or have chosen not to be vaccinated against COVID-19, we will not be able to admit you to any Wilmington Classical Guitar events this season. We understand that may preclude many individuals from attending, including children under the age of 12, but we must hold the safety of our guests paramount.
What if I am fully vaccinated, but lost my vaccination card?
Proof of vaccination is required for entry into the venue. A picture of the vaccination card can also serve as proof. If you lost your vaccination card and do not have an electronic copy or picture, please reach out to the government agency or location where you received your vaccine; they may be able to assist.
What if I show up to a performance without proof of vaccination?
Guests who do not comply with these policies will not be admitted. No exceptions. If you have already purchased a ticket online, and you are unable to return with proof of vaccination in a timely manner, we will be happy to exchange your ticket for a ticket to a subsequent event, or refund your payment. Are vaccines and masks required for your staff volunteers, and artists?
Yes, all staff, volunteers, and artists are required to show proof of vaccination and are required to wear masks while in the venue. Artists are exempt from wearing a mask during the performance.
I cannot provide proof of vaccination; can I get a refund?
If you have already purchased your ticket online and are unable to provide proof of vaccination at the time of the event, we will be happy to exchange your ticket for a ticket to a subsequent event, or issue a refund via your original payment method. Please Contact Us.
Why are you requiring both proof of vaccination and masks?
Our first priority is the safety of our guests, staff, artists, and volunteers. These new and temporary measures are to protect our community from contracting and spreading COVID-19. We must reopen cautiously and responsibly, as we begin to gather again to enjoy the experiences and arts we missed over the last 18 months. This temporary policy will be reviewed monthly.
What happens if the show I have a ticket for is cancelled?
In the event the show is cancelled and you have already purchased your ticket online in our Online Store, we will be happy to exchange your ticket for ticket to a subsequent event, or issue a refund via your original payment method. How will I know if an event is cancelled?
